Partnered for Progress was the Cancer Detection Programs: Every Woman Counts (CDP: EWC) Regional Contractor for the Los Angeles County area for over a decade. We enrolled, oriented, monitored, and assessed CDP: EWC contractors to assure adherence to program guidelines and implementation of best practices. We were also the local contact for information and resource linkages regarding breast and cervical health. Income Eligibility Criteria Eligibility for CDP:EWC is based on income level. BCCTP Program Information and Patient Enrollment The Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP) provides Medi-Cal benefits for the treatment of breast and/or cervical cancer.
