Partnered for Progress - Provider Information

Partnered for Progress is the Cancer Detection Programs: Every Woman Counts (CDP: EWC) Regional Contractor for the Los Angeles County area. We are here to assist providers with enrollment and orientation to CDP: EWC, providing clinical support and communication with providers on behalf of the Cancer Detection Section (CDS) of the California Department of Public Health. We are also available for additional information about breast and cervical cancer, and can provide links to support groups, advocacy groups, and the latest information on what's happening in the Los Angeles community.

Income Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for CDP:EWC is based on income level. All recipients must have a household income at or below 200 percent of the poverty guideline. 2009-2010 CDP: EWC Income Criteria (PDF)
